The Transform Gym Workout Program

Since the start of my fitness journey, I have spent hours in the gym, read countless articles and muscle magazines, watched hundreds of Youtube videos, followed a bunch of fitness influencers and tried every fad diet. I look back at this stage of my journey as a learning curve. Sure I got some results, but I certainly would have had better results with a proper gym workout program and a little less misinformation.

I distinctly remember a phase where I was stuck in an endless cycle of cutting and bulking, but never really getting as strong and muscular as I had wanted when bulking or getting as lean as I had wanted when cutting.

Following this phase of spinning my wheels, I started studying, eventually ascertaining my Personal Training Certifications which allowed me to gain access to science backed and research based information regarding proper periodisation, workout structure, load principles and mobility. I realised my own program shortcomings and developed a new routine embedded with a number of key principles to accelerate results and push through the plateaus I was experiencing.

Thus Transform was born. The workout, together with its performance tracking metrics and detailed nutrition guide will give you all the tools you need to complete your own transformation and push through those frustrating plateaus that have been hindering your progress.

Day 1

The first day of my 60 day Transform came after eating and drinking a little too much over a period of months. Too many parties, restaurants and cheat days had put me in a position that required some focus on getting things back on track.

Keeping myself consistent and accountable and completing all of the workouts whilst following the nutrition principles meant that by day 60 I was absolutely back on track and honestly in the best shape of my life!

Who is it the Transform Gym Workout Program for?

Now to be clear, this IS NOT A BEGINNER PROGRAM. The workouts for those with prior gym experience and knowledge of proper form and technique. The program is intense and is developed with advanced training principles unsuitable to a beginner, but designed for those with some gym experience to break through those dreaded plateaus and push to the next level of fitness performance.

This workout is also for the committed. If you aren’t giving 100% in every workout and following the nutrition guide principles then the workout is not going to work. You need to be absolutely ready and fully invest in the routine….Like anything in life, it is what you put in that will dictate what you get out.
