Combining cardio, resistance and agility principles into one bootcamp, trident will improve all aspects of your fitness.
Trident follows a law of 3, focused on the 3 core pillars of cardio, resistance and agility and using a 3-pronged delivery approach combining gym, home and the great outdoors. The law of 3 will ensure you never get bored and training in 3 different environments will add an extra dimension to your bootcamp experience.
The Trident bootcamp will have you moving in all planes of motion focusing on building greater strength, endurance and agility to push you into the next level of fitness performance.
With Trident you’ll work within a trinity of core fitness attributes, take down the challenge of Trident and you’ll be stronger, faster and more agile than ever before.
Trident is considered an intermediate level bootcamp and it is advisable that participants have a reasonable level of fitness experience (3 months +) before participation. Workouts are high intensity and challenging and consequently may be unsuitable for beginner level trainers due to higher risk of injury. The bootcamp will run mixed delivery across two venues for a total of 3 classes per week for a period of 4 weeks.
