Levitate
Levitate is considered VT2’s starter bootcamp blending functional moves with light resistance to give you a solid fitness foundation.
Levitate will have you moving in all planes of motion focusing on improving your flexibility, core strength and endurance and will introduce you to a number of core exercises which will shape the fundamentals of any fitness journey you pursue.
Levitate is designed for individuals with very limited fitness experience and therefore you are guaranteed to be around like minded people with similar fitness goals.
We created this bootcamp to break the mold of the typical high pressure and intimidating gym/bootcamp environment, ensuring you feel comfortable and have a workout designed to cater to you rather than a generic bootcamp with occasional exercise variations.
This programming ensures you are getting the best workout possible with appropriate intensities to ensure you progress at the fastest possible rate without the setbacks of overtraining.
With Levitate you will also be around a community of people, all at a similar level, eager to get moving and improve their fitness giving you that social support required to stay motivated and push through any barriers you may encounter on your fitness journey.

Levitate is our beginner bootcamp, designed for individuals with limited to no fitness experience. The bootcamp is a total of 2 classes per week delivered 1 class via Zoom and 1 class in association with Groundwork Athletics.
