The key with this bootcamp is progressive overload, building on each session with higher resistance and intensities to force your body to adapt and push your fitness to the next level.
Scorpius begins with a foundation of full body exercises designed to get your body primed for a finale of intense challenge. A challenge designed to test your fitness and push you into the next level of performance.
Scorpius packs an all action, high intensity, cardio infused punch with its linear progression model guaranteeing that sting in the tail.
Scorpius is considered an intermediate level bootcamp and it is advisable that participants have a reasonable level of fitness experience (3 months +) before participation. Workouts are high intensity and challenging and consequently may be unsuitable for beginner level trainers due to higher risk of injury. The bootcamp runs mixed delivery across two separate venues for a total of 2 classes per week for a period of 4 weeks.
In order to maximize the benefits of the Scorpius bootcamp we would recommend a minimum of 2 iterations of the 4 week program. This will allow you to establish a benchmark on the first run and then enhance your performance during the second.
